After my morning espresso, i just got in the habit of drinking a large glass of water whether i felt thirsty or not. i rarely have a glass of water in the morning but i think adding this ritual into my morning routine sets a good pace of drinking more water throughout the day. I try to drink at least one large cup of water while at work and at least one in the evening before i go to bed.
My skin felt so much smoother after a few weeks and i feel a lot better.Just keep reminding yourself!
