During summer months, a glass of vegetable and fruit juice combination is the best thirst quencher… It is a well-known fact that a diet rich in fruits and vegetables is our best bet for a healthy living.
It is however hard to get the recommended portions everyday because of our busy schedules where we need to make compromises on our daily meals. It is a good idea to enjoy the goodness of both vegetables and fruits by mixing them and making juice at home.
