1 medium orange (peeled with seeds removed)
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1/2 c. whole milk
sweetener (optional)

2 c. non-fat vanilla yogurt
1 c. mango nectar
2 mangos, peeled and chopped
1 c. ice cubes
