I notice that most people skip breakfast for some reason or the other,for those working it is a mad rush, and they find no time to eat a proper breakfast except for tea or milk or at the most a slice of toast...children also do so for the same reason.

Breakfast is the most important meals as we all realize now, and in spite of the morning rush, if one takes care ,it is easy to provide good breakfast for the family before they start their daily routine.One can plan the previous day and make preparations so that you have enough time to have a healthy nutritious breakfast. I have a proper breakfast every day and so do my children, since, now they realize the importance of starting the day with nutritious food inside...If not a prepared breakfast one can at least have a glass of milk and a fruit or cereals, milk and fruit.
